Rafting in Český Krumlov

It has been ages since I wrote … many things have happened so let me share the most important ones with you. Couple of weeks ago Aleks, Käthy, Phil, Helle and myself set out for a weekend trip to Český Krumlov (Czech Republic) where we booked a rafting trip.

During work with IRO I was in Cesky Krumlov with guests and saw many happy people in their boats on the river. The place is really lovely and offers loads of fun stuff to do. So I suggested to my friends.

We really were lucky with the weather (no rain), the accommodation (Pension Danny, owned by a friend of mine) and the mood we were in. Our 3 hour boat trip lasted for 6 hours – mainly because we stopped at every camp fire to grab some food and drink (mainly drink). In the end a brilliant weekend and we will repeat that in spring or summer when we can also take a swim!
