It really happened … I made my way to Spain! The 1 week holiday in Tenerife with Max and Sidi wasn’t really a visit to Spain I would say.
We started on Friday and packed our stuff into the car of Steffi which was getting us around for the 10 days with normal fuel and cooking oil. First stop was Genua after an 8 hour drive. From there our trip was along the coast line into France where we decided to stay for 2 nights because the beaches were just brilliant.

After a couple of days of French experience – actually we all did not think that we would spend so much time in France – we reached our final destination: Barcelona. As Steffi and Sidi had both already been to the city I was the only one to be there for the first time. But all three of us enjoyed being out there … which meant that we had really long nights!

As Sidi had too leave us on Sunday we dropped him of at the airport in Girona and together with Steffi I headed for Marseille. To be honest … I have seen much nicer cities than Marseilles … but the beach and the warm weather made us stay their for some more swimming before leaving for our last stop of the tour – Milan. Unfortunately Milan was a complete disaster orientation wise so we arrived at our hostel really late (I wont tell the whole story here … it would be to embarrassing to let you know that we had to ask a taxi driver to guide us to the hostel.) After breakfast and sightseeing the last kilometres on the highway went by quickly … A great trip – BCN will see me again!
