UAE Experience

As I will be spending 10 days in Dubai with a scientific study in April workwise I had to go there one more time before project start.

Don't really want to bother you with job details but this time I really had the chance to get in touch a little bit more with the local people that will be our partners during the project. Just amazing how different the approach to different things is.

Also the search for some project locations took us to the border of Oman again and we ended up in a beautiful mountain scenery with a view into the dessert at sunset – and all this happened by accident because our guide already was desperate and made the driver go to the weirdest places in the area.

As I was with colleaugues form Uni Munich who have not been down there this time I had the chance to make the Dubai tour again. I am still fascinated by all that construction that is going on there … breathtaking!
