Swiss cheese and Swiss quiz
The weekend after the skiing weekend was packed with swiss activities. On Saturday I met with Mimi a friend from school with whom we had an all night long barbecue last summer. Our first stop was the supermarket where we intuitively shopped for a Raclette dinner with our friends that evening.
Next scene: the two of us preparing starter and all the other stuff in Mimis flat. A lot of work - but great fun. As we both went to Tourism school no problem at all and of course excellent team work.
At 7pm our friends came and we started with the Raclette until nobody could eat anymore. Great food was followed by a great game: Activity. It was so much fun that we played until 3 am.
Got up early on Sunday then and packed my stuff to get ready for a trip to Zurich. It would be too long to explain but somehow I was invited to be a backup quiz candidate for a TV show that was broadcasted live by Swiss National Television. The show was called "Host City Duel" and all host cities of the EURO 2008 tournament where participating. Well ... fun started on the private plane that was rent only to bring the 20 participants from Salzburg to Zurich. At the hotel and at the studios we met the other participants from Vienna, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Basel, Geneva, Zurich and Bern. You can imagine that the quiz was great and the party at the hotel afterwards even more fun. It was the first time that I used a joker during the Lent.
