The May, The May
After having had a rather stressful April in terms of workload I had a brilliant, brilliant May. I had to travel to the Dominican Republic with my job and managed to get a week of holiday before that. Well done ... I got in touch with Phil and Aleks and it turned out that they would be on a holiday at the same time. The plan: meet in the US of A. So we did. We met in San Francisco, got a flight together to Las Vegas where we met Phils brother and Rabbi and Susi with whom we rented a car and travelled for the rest of the trip.

So Vegas was ours ... and best thing to come: Mr. ‘Mäxn Jäxn’ Max was also in the US travelling with his mom and sister at that time. And – good thinking – Max gave us a call while being near to Vegas for the second time during his trip and buddied up with us for a good night out in the city that has the motto ‘What happens in Vegas – Stays in Vegas’. Well ... no more details to be told now as you can guess.
After having experienced the Grand Canyon from a birds view in a plane we headed towards Phoenix, Arizona and enjoyed to stop wherever we wanted to and stayed in motels along the road. 6 days fly by when you have fun and so we all had to separate at Phoenix airport in the end. But not without having had the biggest Kentucky Fried Chicken Feast I have ever seen – thanks Rabbi!
