Oriental Night

Yippieeehhh - it´s carnival time. No question that the Wolf flat organised a fancy dress party! We had a couple of themes in our minds but finally we came up with: Oriental Night

First we did not know if we should organise the party (yes, it is a lot of work ...) when we decided to do so nothing could stop us. Ther were ideas over ideas and suddenly the invitation flyer for the party was created

After having sent the invitations to our friend we got nervous because initially there was no response. We actually thought that there would be around 10 guests. Well, things changed and the closer the party was the more people called and said that they would come ... even those who first said that they would not be able to come. Nervousness changed to the fear that too many people would have a wild party in our flat ....

In the end about 30 people from Linz to Innsbruck showed up and had a great party. Everybody (yes, everybody) was disguised and enjoyed an Oriental Night with Buddahs, a water pipe, lots of pillows for sitting on the floor as bedouins do, a kebap buffet and of course a lot of joss sticks.
